Individual Psychotherapy

Individual therapy is a process that includes a connection with your therapist/counselor and can address issues as diverse as depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, stress management and addictions. Some therapeutic styles that are offered include:

Therapy or counseling will often consist of a combination of a few different treatment styles.  This is often determined in collaboration with your therapist following their opportunity to get to know you and your goals for therapy.
