Along with traditional talk therapy I use art, play and mindfulness to help clients feel in charge of their emotions and their lives."
"My therapeutic framework consists of using Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I emphasize the importance of developing a connection to both the mind and body to promote overall health and well-being."
